It looks so cool ❤ It makes me think of walking through enchanted forest with all those bright colours! There are few outdoor lights which I have my eyes on , unfortunately while I live where I live , it’s not really a option because in Uk houses are so close to each other that for sure my neighbour would cry to turn them off at nigh 😩😤 So for now I just focused on indoor stuff and so far got 3 light and 1 heater . But there are at least 8/10 items I will still need to buy including the garden ones for future . Govee is my go to brand for last 2 years and I don’t think this will change anytime soon 😅 too many good products to miss out 🎉

I purchase a Hexagon Ultra light kit from a company that sells Amazon returns. The kit kit was unopened. Except for the sleeve covering the outer package. It was missing the controller. I wrote Govee, and they said they will not sell me this item, and recommended I return the product. Unfortunately I can't, sales are final. Why won't you just Sell me the controller?? I am trying to he environmentally responsible, and prevent this from going in the landfill. Please help. I will continue posting to your social media.

Your hexagon panel new ones is not available on Amazon US or UK.. perhaps you guys should get supply in place and then advertise products. I need it in India and since its not available, I was planning to buy from Amazon uk/us website and import it.

How am I supposed to do this with the new strip design? It doesn't even have visible contacts, and I'm not even sure whether it can be cut since the instructions say nothing on the subject. You've also reduced the width so that connectors like those in this video no longer fit.
